Lars The Catering Chef

Yesterday I got a new position, as a Catering Chef at Freedom Square, I am thrilled, and will have off weekends %95 of the time! 9.30-5pm. I will still be working cooking on off time basis if needed in the inn, I will miss my crew, but I will be around. I will able to be more creative, get more exercise, mingle with people, and use my artistic skills! Here is the article from the Job switch! 

Chef Tom' Pichards 1200F Roast

I had the opertunitty to draw Caricatures and  promote my bussiness  while entertain some of the highest members of the tampabay region. I made contacts with southern wine and spirits, Mike alscott, Members of Techdata, Lawers, Artist Lance Rogers, and more! The greatest part was to met the great legendary Chef Tom Prichard for his roast! I was an event to raise money for the Abilities foundation which help the veteran disablities!
